Found a fabulous Vintage shop called Le Swing  -Even the carrier bag was fabulous .Lots of vinatge handbags expertly scourced and such a lovely helpful owner who has eye of one of the best dealers.

Thinking this Gaudi could also be in place somewhere in Disney world or at Trago Mills

Got a little excited about the Venus Cafe we happened to stumble across during a rain shower

who was exhibiting a very sweet artist

A view from our Apt window . We stayed at Casp 74 .A 2 bed apartment with perfectly minimal interiors ,great for mixing space and kids together .

Got a wiff of a little european menswear . Love the idea of colour coordinating glasses to shirts….

Yes its true .

Im going through a bit of an ironic phase at the moment. And I have sucummed(sp?) to reading a sopt of The Lady magazine It reminds me a little of an early I-D magazine- you know-Not much advertising, undeptful articles,but a spirit of something.(really!)

It is reaking of  upperclass England and everyone who writes has fabulously annoying names and it features everything from Annoying man from Dorset who has a huge fashion empire,THe Queen,Ascot,the election And all things British .

And its £1.80 .

I will be buying it again as its so brilliantly cringlworthingly great .

to London Fashion Week right now is staring at my little tin decker in my makeshift bookshelf.

Full on chest infection . Full on gunk . Full on wooooosyness .

Still everything is almost live streammed anyway these days . Im just missing the FUN .

they talked about this store KU.USA  and i was so i was like i was there yonks ago and now

Nytimes features it yeh yeh yeh but i didnt buy it so what does that make me????????

1993.

I think i was in my foundation at ravensbourne and just off to St martins a year later. I just totally loved David simms photos.Especially when matched with Anna cockburn .Just too cool for words. AND in Elle magazine. And i kept it . It wasnt the Face or I-D.I ve realised ive kept a lot of my elles form 1993/1994.I wish Anna still styled. Does she ? I just thought she had the coolest knack and the coolest attitude. Poor lady , i interviewed her for my college theseus And then did a little work placement with her . I never knew if those dhls ever got back to the press offices i was ment to send them back too ….( i bet you were more creative with anna than i ever was!)

then i remembered ,last year you gave me this book on ryan Mcginley . it always makes me laugh .

its a slight miracle , we are bundling the kiddied in the car tomorrow morning and heading up country for a little break to see the older folk . We have been invited to a party too . Fingers crossed the kids will be tucked up and mums looking after them . but what will one rather large country girl wear??
