Regular readers of this blog will realise that over the years ,I have got through MANY i-phones. They just had a tendency to slip out of my hands and smash.

My phone is still smashed as I cant bear for it to be sent away . Its still working but it is SOoooo hard to read anything through the  screen

In the meantime , by shear fluke, everywhere I look,my computer seems to be bombarded by i phone case marketing and you know what , I actually LOVE it.Ive looked at their website at least 5 times ,in some kind of fantasy i phone pinup parade . I feel a new Swarovski obsession coming along ..

Some people wonder what I get up to at the weekend .

Well its usually like this . EVERY weekend I get the landy out of the garage ,pack up my Vuittons and head into the sunset in the West county .Oh you thought it was Africa?  Oh-Has one not been to the forever sunny west of England before?

The wild horses on Dartmoor often hang around in the background so they can get in some shots for the blog( people like that ). I play a MEAN game of draughts with the hubby-to-be and once the luggage has been displayed in coloumn form – the circular one always rolls off damn it -its usually time to head back home in time for X Factor .

The kids? Well they love it in the big Vuitton trunk-they hardly ever need to come out .

How sad the Corinne Day has finally lost her battle against cancer.

I have a secret I’d like to share with you . I have a secret place that has made my life in Devon a very happy one.

I was very kindly introduced to Holly ,and over the years I have been filing up my house with the treasures she collects and sells in her barn .

Many people over the world come and stop by for a lovely cup of tea and a look in her famous barn  . Most people load up there cars ,and most appoint Holly for her interior design skills

I hadn’t been for over to her house for many months due to busy schedule-so today was a real treat as the barn was packed of unseen treasures.

I purchased a great display cabinet . A fantastic antique lamp that is unlike anything I have seen before and a huge glass jar to keep all my bits and bobs in .

Hollys’ barn is to view by appointment only.

Learnt a little about Gaudi

Loved the Loewe shop frontage -more so than the clothes in the window

Found a fabulous Vintage shop called Le Swing  -Even the carrier bag was fabulous .Lots of vinatge handbags expertly scourced and such a lovely helpful owner who has eye of one of the best dealers.

Thinking this Gaudi could also be in place somewhere in Disney world or at Trago Mills

Got a little excited about the Venus Cafe we happened to stumble across during a rain shower

who was exhibiting a very sweet artist

A view from our Apt window . We stayed at Casp 74 .A 2 bed apartment with perfectly minimal interiors ,great for mixing space and kids together .

Got a wiff of a little european menswear . Love the idea of colour coordinating glasses to shirts….

I need a bit of him in my life …..

Big Fish . Big design feast for the eyes but we got there too early bohoo . But loved the area it was in more than anywhere else in the big smoke

And an evening in Red. With my new Holiday guilt buy – A Vintage Gucci form le Swing .

while on my quick jaunt to London we visited the Margiela exhibit at Somerset house

you must go next time you are in the City…

try and go as fast as you can.

For all of you who have followed this blog over the last two years ,you will realise that this whole blog is written by two sisters. Living in two continents and It is once a year we get together .

Well finally we got together .

Then I Realised that the I-pad is great for taking snapshots of films . Whilst waiting for my flight . And pathetically crying on the plane during The Young Victoria (or was that the turbulence?)

The local cool kids shop had a new pair of shoes in the window -and oh look! there are my new ones too..(thank you Miss Mcg)

lined my eyes up with mr french monkeys eyes and realised that the similarity is way too close

Just make sure there is a spare room for me !
